Getting started

Who is eligible for GLP-1 therapy through Aryo?+
Adults 18+ with a BMI of 30, or 27+ with a weight-related condition (hypertension, dyslipidemia, prediabetes, sleep apnea). Final eligibility is determined by your Aryo physician after reviewing intake and labs.
Do I need insurance?+
No. Aryo pricing is transparent and cash-pay. Your monthly plan includes the clinician visit, the medication, labs where required, and shipping.
How long does intake take?+
About five minutes to complete the health questionnaire. A licensed clinician reviews and responds within one business day.
Which states does Aryo serve?+
Aryo is currently available in most U.S. states. The eligibility quiz confirms availability in yours before you enter any payment information.

Medications & protocols

Semaglutide or tirzepatide — how do I choose?+
Your clinician recommends based on your metabolic profile, tolerability, prior treatment, and target. Semaglutide is the most-studied choice and often the starting point; tirzepatide typically produces greater average weight reduction.
What if I have side effects?+
Message your clinician directly through the Aryo app. Most GI side effects are dose-related and resolve with titration adjustments, hydration, and meal-size changes.

Logistics

How is medication shipped?+
Cold-chain express in discreet packaging, signature not required. Included in every plan.
Can I cancel or pause?+
Yes, anytime, with no long-term commitment. You keep any medication already shipped.
What happens if I move to a state you don't serve?+
We pause your plan at no cost until you're back in a served state or we expand.

Safety

Who should not take GLP-1 medications?+
GLP-1 agonists are contraindicated in patients with a personal or family history of medullary thyroid carcinoma or MEN 2 syndrome, a history of pancreatitis, or during pregnancy. Your clinician screens for these conditions during intake.
Is Aryo a pharmacy?+
No. Aryo is a telehealth platform that connects members with independent licensed clinicians. Prescriptions are filled by partnered U.S.-licensed pharmacies.
